Yes! All weekly rates include all utility bills and local authority taxes.
Is the residence secure?
This residence has a fully staffed 24 hour reception desk, CCTV, on site security staff and digital key entry system throughout the residence. You should feel perfectly safe and at home while living here.
Is there a many communal areas?
With a spacious guest lounge that includes a pool table, a large screen TV and an on-site cafe selling great coffee. Relaxing or meeting friends, the guest lounge is a great place to hang out.
What are the check-in and check-out times
Check in anytime after 15:00 and check out before 10:00.
What cooking facilities are available?
Every room equipped with a kitchenette including cooking hobs, a fridge/freezer and microwave and kitchen utensils and cutlery.
What is the minimum booking period?
- Minimum stay during the academic year (1st September – 31st may) is 30 weeks
- Minimum stay during summer (1st June – 31st August) is one week
- Short term stays can be arranged at the discretion of Residence Manager
