The local area has a great range of bars and pubs, and you can reach the bars, clubs and restaurants of central London and Soho in less than 20 minutes on the underground. From the world-famous Tottenham Hotspur Football Club to Alexandra Palace, home to concerts, exhibitions and events such as the Red Bull Soapbox Race you will never be more than a few minutes from the action. The Palace’s seven-acre grounds also include a pub, restaurant, ice rink, boating lake and pitch and putt course.

Are there good transport links from the residence?

North Lodge benefits from fantastic transport links. The property is just two minutes’ walk from Tottenham Hale underground station and less than 15 minutes’ commute to central London on the Victoria line. You can reach King’s Cross St Pancras in 11 minutes, Warren Street, for central London universities, in 14 minutes and Oxford Circus in 16 minutes.

The main line runs from Tottenham Hale overground station, just two minutes from North Lodge, with regular trains to Liverpool Street and Stratford. Plus, there are excellent bus links to central London and the popular student areas of Hoxton, Dalston and Shoreditch.

What is provided in your single en-suite room?

En-suite rooms are packed with features such as a private bathroom, a comfortable three-quarter sized bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi connected work space, with drawers and shelves. A typical room is 13 metres squared.

You will have a shared lounge and fully fitted kitchen area to relax in with your flat mates.

You’ll also find plenty of room for your belongings with a wardrobe and under-bed storage space.

Is the residence safe?

The residence provides a 24 hour on-site security and emergency team. There is a modern security entry system and CCTV in all major areas of the building.

What is provided in the kitchen?

Kitchens are fully fitted, you will have cupboard storage space, a fridge freezer, oven and a microwave.

Is internet included?

Yes, there is free wireless internet is provided in your bedroom and throughout the building.
