This stylish residence was purpose built for students and offers over 136 studios all with en suite bathrooms for students. Facilities onsite include social areas, bike storage and WiFi in every room and throughout the building. All bedrooms are studios with build in kitchenette's three quarter sized beds and private en suite bathrooms.

Due to it’s Central London location this residence also has fantastic transport links meaning you can easily travel to anywhere in London. You are ideally located to experience the best nightlife and entertainment in central London. In less than 20 minutes you can be in Leicester Square with it’s West End theatres as well as Soho for nightlife and Covent Garden for pubs and clubs.
In the opposite direction you have Hoxton, the famous Brick Lane with it’s legendary curry houses and Spitalfields markets where you can find vintage jewellery, boutiques, restaurants and traditional British market stalls.

Room and facilities
The residence is made up of 136 purpose built studios all with en suite bathrooms. EAch studio contains a comfortable three-quarter sized bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi connected work space. The rooms are at least 13 metres squared in size with many being larger.
There is plenty of storage space, each room is fitted with a large wardrobe and storage space. You will have your own kitchenette in your studio so you can cook in your room.
There is a popular common room, perfect for chilling out, socialising and making new friends. There is Wifi in every room, plenty of vending machines thoughout the building offering snacks and drinks, an on-site laundry, bike storage and onsite security and maintenance.

Free 25 Mb Wi-Fi is available in all studios and throughout the building.

Yes! Water, electricity and broadband costs are all covered by your rent.
Are there good transport links from the residence?
Yes! This residence is perfectly located in Central London. You are just a short walk from Angel station which is on the Northern Line.
There are bus routes connecting you with every corner of London. Just a few minutes from King’s Cross St. Pancras you could even spend the weekend in France or Belgium.
Is there cycle storage?
Yes, there are designated areas to safely store your bike.
Are there common rooms to socialise?
Yes! Study, socialise and share experiences in your common space.
Is the residence safe?
The residence provides a 24 hour on-site security and emergency team. There is a modern security entry system and CCTV in all major areas of the building.

Each studio contains a kitchenette allowing you to cook in your room. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby from take-aways to Michelin star restaurants.
