This residence is located just within moments of both Holloway Road Station and London Metropolitan University. Holloway Road is a vibrant, safe, multicultural area that is very popular with students.
The residence building is situated near to the world famous Emirates Arsenal football ground and just a short train journey from Alexandra Palace which hosts everything from fireworks festivals to ‘Winter Wonderland’ Christmas events and large music concerts in the summer.
All amenities are within walking distance. There are a number of banks and smaller food shops, café’s, bars and restaurants as well as two major supermarkets nearby for your convenience.
There’s also a Post Office and the Islington Central Library both within 10 minutes’ walk of the residence.
This residence offers a great choice of en suite rooms and studios. The en suite rooms come with their own private bathroom, a study area and plenty of storage. There is also a comfortable three-quarter sized bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi connected work space. You’ll also find plenty of room for your belongings with a large wardrobe and under-bed storage space. A typical room is 11 metres squared.
The bedrooms are private and lockable but are built into a mini apartment usually with 8 or 9 other rooms. The apartments have a fully fitted kitchen and living area to enable you to make new friends and relax with your flatmates.
The studios are slightly larger and come with a built in kitchenette to allow you to cook in your room. The weekly rate includes Wi-Fi, contents insurance and amenities, so there are no unexpected costs to worry about.

These rooms contain all of the room facilities included in the en suite rooms, private bathroom, bed, storage etc but are slightly larger and feature a private kitchenette in your room.

Room sizes do vary but single en suite rooms are typically 11 sq meters. Studios are slightly larger – approx 13 sq meters.
This residence opened on 23rd September 2016, was built with students as a priority and is packed with great facilities. The rooms are slit into mini apartments meaning you have your own private bedroom but with all of the advantages of shared accommodation as well. You will have a communal kitchen and living area.
There are also the usual features you would expect from a large student residence such as laundry rooms, vending machines, bicycle storage and on site security.
Really, we are very happy with our room at the residence. James in the residences team has helped us with all aspects of our booking and we would like to say, big thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
