What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 6 months.

What day can I arrive?

All arrivals and departures must be on a week day. Weekend check ins / outs can be arranged with advance notice and for an additional charge.

Is internet provided?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi internet in the bedrooms and throughout the house.

Are there any additional costs?

There is a one off booking fee of £50, apart from that all electric, gas and water bills are included as is wireless internet.

The house share does require a refundable damage deposit.

Which zone is this house located in?

This apartment is located in zone 2 just a short walk from Mornington Crescent Station. Mornington Crescent is on the Northern line and is approximately 5 minutes by tube from Central London.

You can also walk to Euston and King’s Cross Stations, both of which are in zone 1.
